In every Download-Order, there are some Preview Pictures, a .sim file and a sims3pack file. Put it in the correct order and install it.
I used some downloaded sliders so the template could look different if you haven't these sliders. Every template has an simple white - coat.

Feel free to change the template, if you don't like it so you can change it, that it looks good for you.
